At Vahi’s Baker’s Choice, we are committed to delivering your baking supplies to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our shipping processes, timelines, and charges.

  1. Order Processing Time:
  • All orders placed on our Website are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays.
  1. Shipping Methods and Partners:
  • Right now, we do not have any delivery partner and we are sending parcel through reputable courier services like ST Courier, Professional Courier, DTDC Courier across India to ensure reliable delivery of your orders. 
  • The choice of courier partner for your order will depend on your delivery location and the size/weight of the package.
  1. Shipping Charges:
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order, the delivery location (pin code), and the chosen shipping method (if applicable).
  • The exact shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout page before you make the payment.
  1. Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is typically [2-4] business days for most major cities and towns across India.
  • For remote locations or areas with limited connectivity, delivery may take longer, up to [5-10] business days or more.
  • These are estimated delivery times and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, logistical issues, or local restrictions.
  1. Tracking Your Order:
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS or Whatsapp message containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • You can track the real-time status of your order by visiting the courier services website and entering your tracking number.
  1. Delivery Attempts and Non-Delivery:
  • Courier service provider will typically make 1-2 delivery attempts to your provided shipping address.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to your unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • In such cases, you may be required to bear the re-shipping charges for a second delivery attempt. If the order is not re-shipped, a refund will be processed as per our Return Policy, minus any shipping and handling charges incurred.
  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
  • Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping details, including your full name, correct address, pin code, and a valid contact number.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping due to such errors.
  1. Damage in Transit:
  • We take utmost care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit.
  • If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or significantly damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Immediately inform the delivery executive and contact our customer service team with photographic evidence.
  • If you accept a damaged package, we are not responsible for that and we will not accept return or refund.
  1. International Shipping:
  • Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping.

  • Vahi’s Baker’s Choice reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our Website.
  • By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy.

 

Following are the shipping options you can chose from.

  • Standard Delivery – 3 to 7 Business (Only Tamil Nadu)
    • Upto 1 Kg   – Rs 50/-
    • Upto 2 Kg   – Rs 100/-
    • Upto 3 Kg   – Rs 150/-
    • Upto 4 Kg   – Rs 200/-
    • Upto 5 Kg   – Rs 250/-
    • 10 Kg & above – You can choose any logistics that are available in your area and you have to take the parcel from their godowns at your own.

Other States in India:

  • Based on the receipt made by the Courier Service Provider.  

Door Delivery:

  • Only on Saturdays and Sundays in and around Mettupalayam, Karamadai and Sirumugai Areas in Coimbatore District (check availability through Whatsapp) 
    • On orders over Rs. 1500  – Free Delivery
    • Upto 5 Kg –  Rs. 100/-
    • 5Kg & above – + Rs 20/- per Kg

Shipment Calculation:

  • As the shipment companies’ charges, by the weight slab of 500 gram /1000 gram; Total weight of your order will be rounded up to 500g/1000g. 
  • For example, if the total weight of your cart is 260g, your shipping charge will be calculated for 500g. If the total weight of your cart is 510g, your shipping charge will be calculated for 1000g.  If the total weight of your cart is 1780, your shipping charge will be calculated for 2000g. 
  • There is also an option for bulk shipments above 25kg through logistics providers. The shipping cost is based on the receipt made by the logistics providers. For availing this option, please reach out to our support team.
  • Delivery timelines differ from location to location. The approximate delivery timeline for various shipping options will be displayed on the checkout page.




IMPORTANT NOTE:

Vahi’s Baker’s Choice does not have any delivery partner at the moment.  So, we are delivering the products through Courier Service Providers.  If a courier company calls you to take the parcel from their office, we are not responsible for such activities, as most of the courier companies are not delivering the parcel at doorstep.
